Terms of Service

This is a plain-English summary of the terms governing your use of SpendSlicer. The binding Master Subscription Agreement is available on request and is what controls Enterprise deals. For self-serve customers on Starter and Team, these terms apply.
1. The service
SpendSlicer, Inc. ("SpendSlicer", "we") provides a hosted software service that helps you visualize and optimize your SaaS and AI spend. By signing up, you ("Customer") agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity that happens under your account. Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly if they're compromised.
3. Your data
You own your data. We have a limited license to use it solely to operate the service for you and, with your opt-in, to contribute anonymized aggregates to peer benchmarks. See the Privacy Policy for details.
4. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on an annual basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or under our 30-day out policy (Team plan).
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to (a) reverse-engineer the service, (b) resell it, (c) use it to collect data about third parties without authorization, or (d) use it in a way that violates applicable law or infringes someone else's rights.
6. Availability and support
We target 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance windows are announced in advance on the status page. Support response times are documented in your plan.
7. Termination
Either party can terminate for material breach with 30 days' notice. On termination, we'll export your data on request and delete it within 30 days.
8. Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties except as stated in writing in your contract. Liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Neither party is liable for indirect damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance by email and on this page.
